Submitting a registration form on our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your spot is reserved only after:
- You complete the registration form on our website.
- Our team confirms availability via WhatsApp or email.
- You pay the required booking advance within the specified timeframe.
4.2 Payment Schedule
Trip payments are typically structured as follows:
- Booking Advance: A non-refundable deposit to confirm your seat. The amount varies per trip and is communicated at the time of booking.
- Second Instalment: Due at a specified date before departure (typically 45–60 days prior).
- Final Balance: Due before final documentation and departure (typically 20–30 days prior).
Exact payment dates and amounts are shared per trip via WhatsApp or email after booking confirmation.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and other methods as communicated. We do not process payments through this website. No credit/debit card information is collected on our website.
4.4 Early Bird & Group Discounts
Early bird pricing is available on select trips for a limited number of bookings. Group discounts may be offered when multiple travellers book together. Discounts cannot be combined and are applied at our discretion.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Traveller
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund structure applies from the date we receive your written cancellation request:
