1Who we are

Brew Your Experiences ("Brew", "we", "us") is a brand run by Brew Your Travel Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India with its office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We organise group trips and custom trips.

2What we collect

On this website

• Trip registration: name, age, email, phone or WhatsApp number, number of travellers and anything you tell us in the message box.
• Custom trip enquiry: name, age, email, phone, destination, travel dates, group size, whether you've travelled with us before, and your requests.
• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.

When you book a trip

To book stays, flights, visas and activities for you, we may ask for more on WhatsApp or email, such as your date of birth, gender, city, passport details, dietary needs, medical information relevant to the trip, and an emergency contact. We only ask for what the booking needs.

Automatically

• Analytics: Google Analytics records pages visited, time on page, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location from your IP address.

From other places

• Payments: we don't take payments on this website. You pay by bank transfer or UPI, and we don't store your card or bank details.
• Social media: if you message us on Instagram, we see your public profile.

3How we use it

• To reply to you, confirm your spot and plan your trip.
• To book hotels, transport, activities and visas on your behalf.
• To send booking updates, itineraries and pre-trip briefings by email or WhatsApp.
• To send new trips and offers, only if you signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To keep you safe on the trip, using emergency and medical details only if a situation needs it.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as tax records.

4Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Travel partners: hotels, airlines, transport and activity providers, local guides and visa agents, with only the details each one needs.
• Service providers that run our website and inbox: our website hosting, database, email, form processing, and analytics providers.
• Your group: your first name may be shared with others on your trip, for example in the trip's WhatsApp group. We don't share your number or other details without your consent.
• Authorities: when Indian law, a court order or a government regulation requires it.

5Storage and security

The website and our forms use HTTPS. Form submissions are kept in secure databases and internal sheets that only our team can access. We take reasonable technical and organisational care to protect your information.

No system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent online will never be intercepted.

6Cookies

Website analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) last up to two years. The website also remembers, for the length of your visit, that you've already seen the welcome pop-up. That uses your browser's session storage, not a cookie.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website works without them.

7Your rights

Under Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or complete it;
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• stop using it for marketing, or withdraw consent you gave earlier.

Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8Children

Youth trips are for adults. On family trips, a parent or guardian books for children under 18 and gives consent on their behalf. We don't knowingly collect information from children without that consent.

9Other websites

We link to sites such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Google. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

10Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
